How Project personnel design clear messages, choose media, confirm receipt, cross technical and cultural barriers, and recognize communication failure before it becomes operational failure.

Engineering requirements, loads, energy, materials, safety margins, failure analysis, field design, testing, and documentation for reliable systems.

Practical mastery of mechanisms, engines, bearings, gears, fit, alignment, lubrication, wear, repair, fabrication, and preventive maintenance.
13. Electronics — Signals, Circuits, and Controls
Signal paths, circuit diagnosis, radios, sensors, controls, field repair, component preservation, and the environmental limits of precision electronics.
