Department Mission
Department 2, Operations, coordinates how missions are carried out by Negentropy teams. It converts approved mission objectives into practical field direction, assigns operational priorities, tracks team readiness, and maintains guidance for the main working segments used by field teammates.
Operations supports the four principal operational segments of a Negentropy team: Engineering, Investigation, Medical, and Operations. These segments allow a team to divide field work clearly while remaining flexible enough to respond to damaged infrastructure, uncertain local conditions, public health problems, hostile environments, logistical disruption, and changing mission requirements.
